We’re back in the saddle again. Only, there are no horses here, unless you want to call some of the hard-hitting women at the Top 60 camp “hauses,” but do so at your own risk. Anyway, the Top 60 camp has begun and we’re already a few practices and one match into it. The Stripes won the first match, beating the Stars 34-3. Though the score seemed a bit lop-sided, the Stars team is full of talent and did some very good things on the pitch — enough good things to build upon and make the next match a much more competitive one.

Besides practicing and playing rugby, we’ve been doing and learning some first-class athlete stuff, like how to be bio-hackers (how to make our bodies perform optimally using physical tricks and food) and how to utilize our muscles [...]
